Now a day’s Corruption and bribe are complementary things of each other.As we are facing so many problems due to of bribe/corruption concepts! Because governments office work is equal to bribe or corruption is as regular equation! This is huge curse for our democracy!
Recently Anti corruption Bureau caught Kolhapur’s lady Mayor by taking almost 16000 thousand Rs bribe! Due to that ignominiously she compelled to give resignation from her prestige mayorship !Basically is it first matter of bribe in municipality? No absolutely not !! Thousands of matters happened in India and increasing it day by day from bottom to top sectors. i.e. Gallli to Dilli (marathi pronunciation) In this category from from peon to ofiicers and Ministers comes!Their all agreement happens along with brokers some times on stranger location. So its not easy to catch them on that particular occation. because those officers do not demands money directly to we people .It happens according to situations and according to person whether that person is educated or not.If somebody is eneducated then imagine he waste his some money by giving bribe! Isn’t it unfortunate and disgraceful for our Indian Judiciary?
Lets talk about Rural area .What do you think? Is everything is ok in rural offices? If somebody told ‘Yes’! People will laugh on him! Rural area is a such area which is safe to take bribe easily! Even we go in Grampanchayat office for non demur certificate they demands for bribe openly sometimes in the form of fees! Similarly if we go to take 7/12 and 8A certificates there is also such annoying loot opely .Sinior officer alias circle officer in farm section always demands bribe to take(legal modifications) farmers name on 7/12 certificate in range of 500 Rs 30000 Rs and might be more than this amount! This is really terrible reality! Isn’t loot? People Most of people are completely unaware exact where to complain ?In rural area go everywhere in any government office! You will realize that without bribe your work cant complete, unfortunately!
Now about our ACB, anti corruption bureau is constituted under the government of Maharashtra (respective state government for all india for their area), and Home Department with a view to eradicating the evil of bribery and corruption.The Anti Corruption Bureau has jurisdiction over the state of Maharashtra.In Maharashtra there are section wise offices and head office Mumbai(worli).If you are living in western Maharashtra then “ PUNE RANGE ADRRESS is 1064 D.C.P. /S.P.CENTRAL BUILDING COMPOUND,’C’ BARRACK,PUNE-411 001. FAX-26121403 and TOLL FREE NO :- 020 -26122134.” In maharashtra there are 9 ACB offices for complaint including head office. That offices are in ‘AMRAVATI, THANE, NANDED, NASHIK,PUNE,MUMBAI,AURANGABAD,NAGPUR etc’ you can complain by choosing your area, or simply via website of ACB in logging in! And for all Maharashtra there is head office address i.e. “ Director General,Anti Corruption Bureau,Maharashtra,6th floor,Sir Pochchanwala Road,Worli Police Camp, Worli,Mumbai 400030. Tel:+91-22-24921212 and most important email is acbwebmail@mahapolice.gov.in “ You can complaint directly on those address via call or if not possible then ACB website also www.acbmaharashtra.gov.in/lodgecomplaints.asp also there! You have to just log in and make complaint against particular government officer/employee ,which is very easy for educated. If not educated then call above given toll free number.ACB will take your complain quickly and trap via sting operation or (according to situation and their planning) directly.But you need to raise your voice against bribe and corruption it shall be definitely heared!
One question in my(everyone’s) mind is once those officer caught by taking bribe then dismissed from his post after some monthts there is possibility to rejoin he/she(dismissed officer) again? Recently we have seen very reputable player and deputy tahsil officer Suhas Khamkar had arrested in bribre case by ACB after some month now he rejoined his previous post again!
Wasn’t it farce? Why not they strictly punished for lifetime for bribers to give strong messege about not to take bribe and about to avoid corruption? why after detail investigation/enquiry those officers/ministers been given clean chit? We seen many times?even committee suggests/declares his claim then too due to political godfather its happen like farcical(farce) issue! There is need to improve judicial amendment about punishment.dont you think so?
Let it go, we should alert ,we should decide about not to give bribe and we should help to other illirerates/uneducated who are deceived by government brokers & officers! We should manipulate by stopping them who are giving bribe unawarenessly or intensively to exhumation their work!
Remember, As to give bribe to officers/anybody is serious claim in equal proportional to allow(ready to give) bribe to them is also same claim! Hope something will happen good in future! In one line I would say everyone should start to avoid such things from self ,due to that we can capable to cure it(bribe & corruption) in at least small proportional.Thats all!
