" डिजिटल इंडिया संकल्पनेतील डिजिटल लॉकर नक्की काय आहे बरं..? "

भारत सरकारने डिजिटल इंडिया ही संकल्पना सुरु करून भारताला काही प्रगत देशांच्या रांगेत नेऊन ठेवले.

सतत चर्चेत असणारा हा डिजिटल इंडिया काय प्रकार आहे बरं? यापेक्षाही मला  वैयक्तिक आवडलेला प्रकार म्हणजे 'डिजिटल लॉकर' आणि याचविषयी आपण

थोडक्यात माहिती घेऊ,त्यापूर्वी सर्वांच्या मनात असणारे काही काही प्रश्न....

(1) डिजिटल इंडिया म्हणजे काय?

(2) आपली लाइफ डिजिटल होणार म्हणजे नक्की काय होणार?

(3) डिजिटल इंडिया ही संकल्पना का आणली गेली?

(4) हा 'डिजीटल लॉकर' काय प्रकार आहे?

(5) या डिजिटल लॉकर लॉकर साठीचे सुरक्षित संकेतस्थळ आहे का?

(6) डिजिटल लॉकर संकेतस्थळला मोबाइलचा वापर करून दस्तऐवज स्टोअर करू शकतो का?

(7) साधारण किती कागदपत्रे आपण स्टोअर करू शकतो? याला स्टोरेज मर्यादा आहे का?

     असे असंख्य प्रश्न तुमच्या आमच्या मनात पडले असतील...या सर्व बाबींची  उत्तरे एकत्रीत पाहण्याचा प्रयत्न करू...

पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या संकल्पनेतून 'डिजिटल इंडिया सप्ताह' नुकताच पार पडला,खऱ्या अर्थाने भारताने एक पाऊल पुढे टाकले असे आपण म्हणू शकतो याला  कारण असे की देशातील लहानांपासून ते थोरांपर्यंत सर्वांचेच जीवन डिजिटल व्हायला सुरुवात होणार आहे! या डिजिटल इंडियाने सर्वांचेच जीवन अद्ययावत होणार, मतदान प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन होणार यावर एक समिती लवकरच हिरवा कंदील दाखवेल, शेतकऱ्यांना त्याच्या मालाचा भाव ऑनलाइन बाजारपेठेमुळे स्वतः ठरवता येणार,म्हणजेच संबधीत संकेतस्थळांवर शेतकरी जगातील बाजारपेठांच्या भावाची तुलना करूनस्वतः किंमत ठरवून हव्या त्या ठिकाणी आपला शेतमाल विकू शकणार! म्हणजेच दलालांच्या जाचातुन बळीराजाची मुक्तता! मतदान कार्डशी आधार क्रमांक जोडला जाणार याने दुबार/बोगस मतदार सापडणार म्हणजेच पर्यायाने मतदान प्रक्रियेत पारदर्शकता येणार! सर्व ग्रामपंचायती/नगरपालिका ऑनलाइन होणार याने प्रशासन व गावाचा थेट  समन्वय साधून विकासाला चलना मिळणार! ऑनलाइन एप्लीकेशन देताच RTO कडून लायसन्ससाठी परीक्षा देता येणार,इथेही दलालांपासून मुक्ती! संपूर्ण देशात लवकरच व्यापाऱ्याना एकच ऑनलाइन करप्रणाली येणार! एवढंच काय संपूर्ण भारतासाठी एकच टोलटॅक्स,वर्षातून एकदाच ठराविक रक्कम भरा आणि संपूर्ण भारतभर प्रवास करा,यासाठी स्मार्ट कार्डची कल्पना प्रस्तावित आहे,भारतातील सर्व धार्मिक स्थळे,पर्यटन स्थळे ऑनलाइन जोडली जाणार!

थोडक्यात काय सर्वाच्या सर्व बाबी ऑनलाइन

 जोडल्या जाऊन भारताला जगात प्रगत राष्ट्रांत नेऊन ठेवण्यासाठी एक कौतुकास्पद प्रयत्न होयोय....असो

       डिजिटल इंडिया या प्रकारातील मला वैयक्तिक आवडलेला सर्वात छान बाब म्हणजे 'डिजिटल लॉकर'

हा प्रकार मला एवढ्यासाठी खास वाटतो की

 याने शिक्षितांना नोकरीच्या मुलाखतीसाठी फाइल वागवत बसावे लागणार नाही कारण सर्व कागदपत्रे डिजिटल लॉकर संकेतस्थळावर  स्टोअर असेल...मस्त आईडिया आहे ना! या डिजिटल लॉकरला 'डिजिलॉकर'  असेही म्हणतात बरं का! कुलुप? हो...आणि हे कुलुप/लॉकर याची किल्ली तुमच्याकडे हवीच!!

नक्की काय आहे डिजिलॉकर? बघुयात? 

डिजिलॉकर ही एक वेबसाइट आहे जिथे महत्वाचे दस्तऐवज, कागदपत्रं ठेवायची मोफत सोय भारत सरकारने केली आहे.

ही सुविधा फक्त विद्यार्थांसाठीच  आहे का? तर नाही... प्रत्येक शिक्षित व्यक्ती digilocker सुविधेचा फायदा घेऊ शकतो... शिक्षण किंवा नोकरी यासाठी आपल्याला महत्वाची कागदपत्रे सांभाळून ठेवावीच लागतात,कुठे अर्ज भरताना पळापळ करून अनेक कागदपत्रं जमवावी लागतात वोटर आयडी,पासपोर्ट,विविध दाखले,पैनकार्ड याची झेरॉक्स कॉपी करा  नंतर ती ट्रू कॉपी करा या सर्व  कटकटीवर रामबाण उपाय म्हणजे  डिजिटल लॉकरवर अकाउंट काढणे! काय कराल? 

        

 (a) तुम्हाला  डिजिलॉकर वापरण्यासाठी https://digitallocker.gov.in या संकेतस्थळाला भेट द्यावी लागेल.

(b) तुम्हाला आधार क्रमांक  हा अनिवार्य 

आहे शिवाय आधारला जोडलेला मोबाइल नंबरही असावाच!

(c) तुम्ही वरील संकेतस्थळावर आधार कार्ड व मोबाइलवर आलेला OTP (one time password) वापरून लॉगीन करू शकता.

किंवा तुमचा जर मोबाइल नं आधारशी लिंक नसेल

तर मात्र  तुम्हाला थम्ब पध्दत वापरावी लागेल त्यावरून यूजर नेम व पासवर्ड सेट होईल.

(d) एंड्रॉइड फोन धारकांसाठी 'Digilocker App'  google प्लेस्टोरमध्ये उपलब्ध आहे त्यावरूनही digilocker अकाउंट शक्य आहे तत्पूर्वी तुम्हाला तुमची सर्व महत्वाची कागदपत्रे अगोदर स्कैन

करून घेणे आवश्यक आहे.

(e) तुम्ही स्कैन केलेली महत्वाची कागदपत्रे, वोटर कार्ड,पैन कार्ड,मार्क शीट्स, जातीचा दाखला,उत्पन्नाचा दाखला,डोमासाइल सर्टिफिकेट,इनकमटॅक्स रिटर्न्स इ. सह अनेक सर्व प्रकारची महत्वाची कागदपत्रे  डिजिलॉकरवरती  स्टोअर करू शकता.

(f) डिजिटल लॉकरचा स्टोरेज क्षमता 10 MB आहे, एवढ्या जागेत बरीच कागदपत्रे स्टोअर होऊ शकतात

भविष्यात 1 GB पर्यंत ही क्षमता वाढणार आहे!

(g) या लॉकरमध्ये कागदपत्रे ठेवली की त्या प्रत्येक महत्वाच्या दस्तऐवजांसाठी तुम्हाला एक लिंक मिळेल, सध्या अनेकजण  बरेच फॉर्म्स ऑनलाइन भरतो.हळूहळू या फॉर्म्समध्ये तुमच्या दस्तऐवजासाठी स्कैनप्रतीऐवजी फक्त ही लिंक पोस्ट केली की त्या त्या संस्थेला किंवा शासकीय कार्यालयाला तुमच्या दस्त ऐवजाचा एक्सेस मिळेल.

(h) महत्वाचे म्हणजे डिजिटल लॉकरवर  वेगवेगळ्या शासकीय कार्यालयांनी जारी केलेल्या दस्तऐवजांची एक यादी असेल ज्याने  आपल्या कामासाठी नक्की काय कागदपत्रे लागतील हे कळेल, अर्थात  आपली अडवणुक टळेल.

(i) इतकेच काय तुम्ही नोकरीचे  विविध फॉर्म्स भरताना

कोणकोणत्या शासकीय कार्यालयांना तुम्ही तुमच्या दस्तऐवजांचा एक्सेस दिला आहे याची यादी तुम्हाला इथे पाहता येईल.

(j) डिजिटल लॉकरमधील आणखी एक महत्वाची बाब  म्हणजे ई-साइनिंग (e-signing) डिजिटल सिग्नेचर!

ऑनलाइन फॉर्मस भरताना बऱ्याचदा आपली डिजिटल सिग्नेचर बऱ्याच फॉर्म्स् वर आवश्यकता असते, कारण पूर्वीची E-Signing पद्धत किती  किचकट आहे आपण जाणतोच.आपल्याला इ-सिग्नेचर करताना आपल्याला इश्यू केलेला एक यूएसबी डॉगल जोडल्याशिवाय sign करताच येत नाही म्हणजे डॉगल वागवत न्यायची कटकट आलीच...:-(  पण डिजिटल लॉकरने हा  प्रॉब्लम सोडवला आहे अर्थात डिजिलॉकरमध्ये डॉगल वापरायची गरज उरणारच नाही... आहे ना चांगली बातमी

(a) ही योजना जरी वेळ वाचवणारी असली तरी ग्रामीण भागात इंटेरनेट सुविधा योग्य पद्धतीने नसल्याने

शहरात येऊन साइबर कॅफेचा वापर करावा लागतोय.

बाब खर्चिक आहे.

(b) digilocker पूर्णता यूजर फ्रेंडली आहे,मोबाइल वरूनही  तुम्ही तुमचे अकाउंट काढू शकता पण आपली scanned डॉक्युमेंट्स स्टोअर करायची असल्याने जिथे scanner मशीन जिथे असेल तिथुनच scan करून त्याची सॉफ्टकॉपी जवळ असणे अनिवार्य आहे.

(c) आधारशी बऱ्याच लोकांचे मोबाइल नंबर न जोडले गेल्याने OTP जाण्यास पर्यायाने अकाउंट तयार व्हायला अडथळे येताहेत.

>> "डिजिटल लॉकर पद्धत खरच सुरक्षित आहे"

(1) digilocker ही भारत  सरकारची सुविधा असल्याने व तज्ञ अभियंत्याच्या टीमने हे संकेतस्थळ बनवले असल्याने

गूगल ड्राइव, माइक्रोसॉफ्ट वन ड्राइव किंवा ड्रॉप बॉक्स यासारख्या खासगी आणि परदेशी सेवांपेक्षा नक्कीच अधिक 

सुरक्षित आहे.

(2) आधार लिंक जोडली गेल्याने ज्याप्रकारे मोबाइल बँकिंग सुविधा सुरक्षित  आहे त्याचप्रकारे ही सुविधा अ

धिक सुरक्षित करण्याचा सरकारचा प्रयत्न आहे.

शेवटी थोडक्यात काय माहिती तंत्रज्ञानात जगातील

काही राष्ट्रांनी खुप मोठी प्रगती केली मग सुरु  झालेल्या डिजिटल इंडिया  पर्वात सर्वांनी सहभागी व्हावेच लागणार आहे त्यासाठी डिजिटल होत चाललेल्या या देशात ही नवीन घडामोड़ आपल्याला महितीच पाहिजे म्हणून प्रत्येक शिक्षित व्यक्तीने डिजिलॉकरचे खाते

काढणे गरजेचे आहे कारण ही काळाची गरज आहे किमान त्यामुळे तरी आपली कागदपत्रं एका जागी राहू शकतील... नाही का?

    मला मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार डिजिटल लॉकरला सर्वात जास्त   प्रतिसाद महाराष्ट्रातून मिळतोय  पहिल्याच आठवड्यात 1 लाख+ लोकांनी डिजिलॉकर अकाउंट उघडले आहे,म्हणजेच आपले मराठीजन नक्कीच याबाबत सकारात्मक आहेत ही आनंदाची व सकारात्मक बाब आहे.

नमस्कार , मागील दोन लेखात मी ट्विटर ट्रेंड्स बनतो तरी कसा याबाबतीत पोलखोल केली होती तर दुसऱ्या लेखात ट्विटर ट्रेंड हा मराठी संस्कृतीला कसा अटकेपार नेऊ शकतो हे पाहिले!

  दररोज जगाच्या कानाकोप्-यातून हजारो ट्रेंड्स बनत असतात आणि 210+ देश असणाऱ्या या  जगातून
असंख्य ठिकाणी लोकल/ग्लोबल ठिकाणी ट्रेंड्स बनत असतात.
कैलिफोर्नियात सर्वर लोकेशन असणाऱ्या या ट्विटरने भारतातील तब्बल सर्वात मोठ्या प्रमाणात बोलल्या जाणाऱ्या
10+ भारतीय भाषा ट्रेंडसाठी खुल्या केल्या आहेत! याला  ट्विटरबद्दल वाढणारे भारतीयांचे वाढते आकर्षण व ट्विटरसाठी भारत ही सर्वात मोठी  बाजारपेठ असणे या बाबी कारणीभूत आहे

आता या लेखात ट्विटर ट्रेंड कोणकोणत्या बाबी महत्वपूर्ण ठरतात हे पाहुयात.....

आजकाल आपण पाहतो काही ट्रेंड्स ठरवून केले जातात तर काही ट्रेंड्स आपोआप बनतात तर काही
 ट्रेंड्स पैसे देऊन (promoted) बनवले जातात ,असो!

ट्विटर ट्रेंड बनवताना काही अत्यावश्यक टिप्स
खालीलप्रमाणे...

(1) ट्विटर ट्रेंड करताना नक्की कोणता शब्द ट्रेंड करायचा हे निश्चित करा.

(2) तुमचा ट्रेंड बनवण्याचा 2-3 तासांचा वेळ निश्चित करा
याने भरपूर यूज़र्स एकत्र सहभाग नोंदवतना  वेगात भरपूर ट्वीट्स ट्विटर सर्वर लोकेशनवर सेव होतात याने
 ट्रेंड वेगात उसळी घेतो व काही मिनिटांत तो लिस्टमध्ये दिसू लागतो.
लक्षात घ्या तुम्ही दिवसभर ट्वीटिंग करत बसण्यापेक्षा
ठराविक वेळेत tweets पोस्ट करा निश्चित फरक पडतो

(3)  तुमच्या ट्वीट्स किती झाल्या यापेक्षा जास्तीत जास्त किती लोकांकडून तो हैशटैग mentain झाल्या यावर  twitter trend चे गुणोत्तर अवलंबून असते.

(4) verified अकाउंटवरुन त्या हैशटैगचा ट्वीट आल्यास जास्तीत जास्त लोकांनी त्याला retweet करणे  व तो  ट्वीट टॉप लिस्टमध्ये पोहोचवणे  अत्यंत आवश्यक आहे.

(5) याशिवाय 1k+ ,2k+, 3k+, 4k+, 5k+, 6k+......10k, 15k+ ........followers आहेत यांचा सहभाग सर्वात महत्वाची भूमिका बजावतो कारण अशांच्या ट्वीट्स मधूनच् टॉप ट्वीट्स बनतात ज्या खुप महत्वाच्या  भूमिका बजावतात!

(6) top tweet म्हणजे ज्या हैशटैग असलेल्या ट्वीटला  जास्तीत जास्त retweet मिळतात अशा ट्वीट्स.

(7) जर किमान 5 ते 10 वेगवेगळ्या वापरकर्त्याच्या tweets ना 30+, 40+ .....retweets आल्यास त्या ट्रेंड्सचा trend rate झपाट्याने वाढतो.

(8) आणखी एक बाब म्हणजे जो हैशटैग आपण ट्रेंड बनवत आहोत तशा नमूद असणाऱ्या ट्वीट्स retweet मारणे. उदा. #महाराष्ट्रदिन हा ट्रेंड बनवताना ज्या ज्या ट्वीट्समध्ये #महाराष्ट्रदिन हा शब्द नमूद आहे तो tweet हा सर्वांनीच retweet मारणे आवश्यक आहे.

(9) अर्थात त्या ट्रेंडच्या mentain ला (उदा. #महाराष्ट्रदिन) दुसऱ्याने RT दिला तर तो RT मारलेला tweet ट्विटर ट्रेंड server मध्ये fresh/नविन ट्वीट म्हणूनच मोजला जातो.

(10) लक्षात ठेवा ट्विटर ट्रेंड ठराविक वेळेतच बनतो उदा. क्रिकेट मैचचे ट्रेंड अवघ्या 25-30 min बनतात !त्याला कारणही तसेच आहे हा खेळ संपूर्ण भारतात प्रचंड लोकप्रिय आहे त्यामुळे हजारो लोक ट्रेंड वर्ड mentain करून आपल्या प्रतिक्रिया सामना चालू असतानाच नोंदवायला सुरवात करतात आणि बघता बघता ट्रेंड उसळी घेत  टॉपवर पोहोचतो.

(11) तसेच TV चॅनेल्सचे राजकारण किंवा चालू घडामोडींवर ट्रेंड्स लगेच activate होतात कारण TV स्क्रीनवर सतत अमूकअमूक हैशटैग वापरा व तुमच्या प्रतिक्रिया कळवा असा msg स्क्रीनवर सतत फ़्लैश होत असतो लाखो लोक हे पाहत असतात मग हजार-पाचशे लोकांनी सहभाग नोंदवताच ट्रेंड लगेच उसळी घेत  टॉप लिस्टमध्ये झळकतो अर्थात ट्रेंड बनवताना न्यूज़ चैनल्स महत्वाची भूमिका बजावतो !
(12)याशिवाय राजकारण/समाजकारण /खेळाडू/ सिनेसृष्टीतील लोकांनी सहभाग नोंदवताच बरेच चाहते त्यांचे अनुकरण करतात याने एकूण सहभाग वाढतो व  ट्रेंड लगेच  झळकतो.

(13) जगात रोज क्षणाक्षणाला असंख्य घटना घडत असतात मग यावर असंख्य प्रतिक्रिया येतात  असे अनेक ट्रेंड आपोआप टॉप लिस्टमध्ये  झळकतात.

(14) भारतात रोज वरच्या स्थानी राहणाऱ्या ट्वीट्सच्या ट्रेंड्सची सरासरी 600-800 वेगवेगळे(unique) यूजर्स अंदाजे 1800+  unique ट्वीट्स हे गुणोत्तर बनले आहे(trendmap.com ची  आकडेवारी)
अर्थात  हे गुणोत्तर रोजरोज घडणाऱ्या घटनांवरून
किंचितसे बदलत असते!

(15) तर जगातील अर्थात worldwide top 5 ट्रेंड्ससाठी अंदाजे किमान 2500+ यूजर सहभाग नोंदवला जातो!(trendmap.com व hello@jungle.media.com यांची आकडेवारी)

(16)अर्थात अपेक्षित tweets चा पल्ला  सहज पूर्ण होतो  पण अपेक्षित सहभाग वाढणे अत्यावश्यक.



(17) तुम्हाला टॉप 35 ट्रेंड्स पाहायचे असतील तर trendmap.com या संकेतस्थळ उपलब्ध आहे याशिवाय ट्रेंडसंबधित सर्व माहिती ट्वीट्स रेट, एकूण mentions, top tweets, most fav.tweets, इतर ट्वीटर ट्रेंड्सशी तुलना यासह खुप बाबी येथे उपलब्ध होतात पण  तुम्ही trendmap.com ला registered असणे अत्यावश्यक आहे.

(18) याव्यतिरिक्त topsy.com हे संकेतस्थळ सुद्धा सर्वांना खुले आहे आपण सहज analysis करू शकता!

शेवटी एवढंच , ट्विटर ट्रेंड बनवणे एक प्रतिष्ठा/फैशन बनली आहे!

नमस्कार, सोशल मीडियाचे वादळ सर्वत्र चांगलेच घोंगावत आहे . सोशल मीडियात twitter हे सर्वात प्रभावी माध्यम आहे,कारण सर्व प्रमुख बाबींची दखल घेणारे लोक,सामाजिक संस्थांची accounts,celebrities,राजकारणी,समाजकारणी,खेळाडू,अंतराळवीर,पत्रकार,न्यूज़ चैनल्स इ. अर्थात टॉप टू बॉटम क्षेत्रातील लोक twitter वर असतात त्यामागचे एक कारण म्हणजे tweet करताना टवीट्ची मर्यादा १४० एवढी नेमकी असते.म्हणजेच अगदी थोडक्यात नेमकेपणा आणण्याचा प्रयत्न होतो

लोकांना वाचण्यासाठीही छान वाटते.तसे पाहिले तर १४० अक्षरांत tweet परिपूर्ण होत नाही अशी सर्वांचीच ओरड असते पण tweet चे २-३ (हवे तेवढे) भाग करून आपल्याला ते tweet परिपूर्ण बनवता येऊ शकते.असो

         मी माझ्या मागील लेखात twitter trend म्हणजे काय असते? या बद्दल संपूर्ण पोलखोल केली होती.आता थोडे वेगळ्या मार्गाने थोडक्यात पाहू.....आपण हैश टैग न वापरता करत असलेल्या tweets पेक्षाही #टैग वापरून केलेले तुमचे tweet तुमचे followers नसलेलेही लाखो लोक पाहू शकतात. उदा. #मराठी काहीतरी ट्वीट ले तर #मराठी वर क्लिक करताच मराठी हा शब्द असणारे हजारो tweets आपण पाहू शकतो.म्हणून आपली चर्चा ठराविक विषयाभोवतीच् ठेवण्यासाठी हैशटैग/ट्रेंड हा concept twitter ने सुरु केला आहे याला जगभरातून प्रचंड प्रतिसादही मिळतो आहे खरेतर ट्रेंड हाच twitter चा अविभाज्य घटक आहे. म्हणून सर्व दिग्गज लोक/संस्था promoted(पैसे देवून) ट्रेंड करतात व स्वतः चे किंवा व्यवसायाची वृद्धी करतात.

      

       आता बोलुयात मराठीबद्दल! जगात हजारो भाषा बोलल्या जातात त्यामध्ये सर्वात जास्त मराठी बोलणाऱ्या भाषांत मराठीचा १५ वा क्रमांक लागतो खरंतर ही मराठी लोकांसाठी खुप अभिमानाची बाब आहे नाही का? संत परंपरा लाभलेली। आपली मराठी संस्कृती फारच महान आहे.या। मायमराठी भूमीत आतापर्यंत कला,क्रिड़ा,सांस्कृतिक,राजकारण,समाजकारण,पर्यटन,गड-किल्ले इ. सह बऱ्याच बाबींचा समावेश होतो! एवढ्या मोठ्या लोकांची भूमी असणाऱ्या महाराष्ट्राला/मराठी संस्कृतीला राष्ट्रीय-आंतरराष्ट्रीय पातळीवर किती कमी स्थान आहे किंवा हव्या त्या प्रमाणात त्या बाबी लोकांना माहिती नाहीत ही बाब जरा कमीपणाचीच वाटते नाही का?

      खरे बोलायचे झाले तर मराठी एवढी श्रेष्ठ भाषा असताना मराठी लोकांच्या एकमेकांच्या पायात पाय घालून मागे खेचण्याच्या स्वभावामुळे आपण मागे आहोत जसे प्रत्यक्ष जगताना एखाद्याला मागे खेचून आपलेच घोडे दामटवले जाते अगदी तसेच social media वर सुद्धा खुप खेचाखेचीचे प्रमाण कमी नाही...परवाच्या २७ फेब्रुवारीच्या

मराठीराजभाषादिनलाही तेच घडले! एकमेकांच्या मराठी हेव्यादाव्यांमुळे twitter वर तब्बल ३-४ ट्रेंड झळकले

आणि मराठी झेंडा मानाने जगभरात डोलवण्याची संधी 

घालवली त्यामुळे worldwide trend सोडाच् पण भारताच्या टॉप १० मध्येही स्थान नाही मिळवू शकला एकही मराठी ट्रेंड!  trendmap.com आणि topsy.com या संकेतस्थळावरून माहिती घेतली तर #मराठीदिन #अभिजातमराठी #मायमराठी या तिन्ही ट्रेंड्स मध्ये सहभागी झालेले यूज़र्स व ट्वीटल्या गेलेल्या एकूण ट्वीट्स लक्षात घेतले तर भारतातील त्यादिवशीचा नंबर १ तर जगातील नंबर ३ ट्रेंड बनला असता आणि मराठीचा झेंडा जगाच्या अटकेपार रोवला गेला असता!एवढी प्रचंड ताकद मराठी माणसांत नक्कीच असताना अशी बंडखोरी का? माझे एवढेच म्हणणे आहे

थोडासा आदर्श तमिल जनतेकडून घ्यायला हवा! कारण मराठी दिनाच्या ४-५ दिवसच अगोदर #जयतमिळ (तमिळ भाषेत बरं का!) हा जागतिक पातळीवरील ट्रेंड 

बनवून सर्वच क्षेत्रातील लोकांनी सहभागी होऊन

 कमालीची एकजुट दाखवली आणि तमिळ सातासमुद्रापलीकडे पोहोचवली! याला म्हणतात एकजुठ!

 

   याउलट एरवी मराठी भाषेचे पडद्यावर,टीवीवर,भाषणात

 गोडवे गाणारे दिग्गज लोकं, राजकारणी नियोजित हैशटैग वापरून ट्वीट करा अशी विनंती करूनही मुद्दामहुन  जुमानत नाहीत ! ही दुर्दैवाची बाब! बदलायला हवे हे सर्व नाही का?

माझे मराठीबद्दल फार प्रेम उतू जायला लागले आहे अशातला हा भाग मुळीच नाही पण मी वस्तुस्थिती कथन केली!

शेवटी माझ्या आकलनानुसार अगदी थोडक्यात सांगतो 

ट्विटर ट्रेंड्स च्या माध्यमातून आपली मायमराठी भाषा,

संस्कृती जगपातळीवर झळकवण्यासाठी मराठी लोकांनी

अशा मराठी ट्रेंड्स उपक्रमात वेगळी चुल न मांडता एकीचे। दर्शन घड़वावे हीच अपेक्षा, कारण देशपातळी-जगपातळी

वर  मराठी संस्कृतीचा झेंडा सहजरित्या उंच डोलवायचा असेल तर 'ट्विटर ट्रेंड' हेच आजघडीचे सर्वात प्रभावी माध्यम आहे

      सोशल मीडिया हा आपल्या जीवनाचा विशेषतः शिक्षित पिढीचा अविभाज्य घटक आहे, यामध्ये प्रामुख्याने Facebook,  instagram, Telegram, hike, यु ट्यूब, ऑनलाइन व्यवहार इ.यासह ब-याच गोष्टीमुळे जग जवळ आले आहे.सोशल मीडियात सर्वात जास्त फेसबुक वापरणारे व त्याखालोखाल ट्विटर वापरणारे(users) आहेत,दोन्ही गोष्टीचा विचार (facebook&twitter) करता दोन्हीकडे सर्वात जास्त लोकप्रिय बाब म्हणजे ट्रेंड्स अर्थात trends !आणि हेच ट्रेंड्स बनतात तरी कसे याबाबत आपण माहिती घेण्याचा प्रयत्न करूयात…twitter वर सर्वाधिक वापरकर्ते भारतीय आहेत.भारत ही जगातील सर्वात मोठी उपलब्धी आहे हे जाणून चाणाक्ष twitter ने नुकतेच दहा भारतीय भाषामधून ट्रेंड्स सुरु केले आहेत यात प्रामुख्याने हिंदी, मराठी, तमिळ, तेलगू इ प्रमुख भाषा समाविष्ट आहेत…

 "ट्विटर ट्रेंड हा hashtag(#) जोडून एखाद्या लोकप्रिय शब्दाचा आधार घेवुन ठराविक वेळेला ठरवून केला जातो तर काही ट्रेंड्स त्यादिवशी घडलेल्या घटनेविषयी यूजर्सकडून त्याबद्दल चर्चा होवून बनतो. उदा.#IndvsPak #MakeinIndia #मराठीदिन इ. यामध्ये हैश(#) कीवर्ड किंवा phrase आहे या # ला विशेष महत्त्व आहे कारण # लिंक म्हणून काम करतो…थोडासा फरक बघा बिगर हैश 'मराठी' व '#मराठी' यात #मराठी clickble अर्थात लिंकसारखा असल्याने आपण त्या hashtag शब्दाच्या सर्व ट्वीट्स पाहू शकतो पण जर#नसेल तर तो शब्द clickble नसतो,आता तुम्ही म्हणाल #नसलेले शब्द सुद्धा ट्रेंड कसे बनतात? अहो बनणारच! twitter चा असा कोणताही नियम नाही की तुम्ही ट्रेंड बनवताना #(हैश) जोडले पाहिजे! हैश हा clickble असल्याने सर्वांच्या सोईसाठी त्या शब्दाशी संबधित tweets पाहता याव्यात यासाठीच # जोडतात।

ट्विटर ट्रेंड्स मध्ये promoted ट्रेंड्स हासुद्धा पर्याय असतो अर्थात यासाठी तुम्हाला पैसे मोजावे लागतात.मोठे उद्योग जगतातील लोक व्यवसायाची व स्वतः च्या संस्थेची वृद्धि करण्यासाठी याचा #promoted trend च्या माध्यमातून प्रचार प्रसार करतात…2-3 tweets सुद्धा पुरेशा असतात प्रमोटेड ट्रेंड बनण्यासाठी…अजब बाब आहे ना?! असो अर्थात इथे पैसा बोलतो!

यात(promoted) राजकारणी,सेलिब्रिटी,उद्योगजगत यातील लोक प्रामुख्याने असतात. असो……

आपल्याला जगातील सर्व देशाचे ट्रेंड्स काय आहेत हे पाहता येते.त्यासाठी तुम्हाला Discover मध्ये जावून trends हा पर्याय उघडून सेटिंगमधून आपण ठिकाण (location) बदलून त्या त्या देशाचे टॉप 12-13 लोकल ट्रेंड्स काय आहेत हे पाहू शकता.असे शेकडो ट्रेंड्स  दर 4-5 तासाला वापरकर्त्याच्या(users) च्या प्रतिसादानुसार बदलत असतात…किंवा लोकल ट्रेंड्स अगदी शहरानुसार

(1)मध्यरात्री 12:00am-6:00am = अंदाजे 1200 tweets व वेगवेगळे 500 यूजर्स.

(2)सकाळी 6:00am-12:00pm =अंदाजे 1700 tweets व वेगवेगळे 733 यूज़र्स

(3)दुपारी 12:00pm-6:00pm = अंदाजे 1500 tweets व वेगवेगळे 812 यूजर्स

(4)सायं 6:00pm-12:00am = अंदाजे 1900 tweets व वेगवेगळे 922 यूजर्स

अर्थात ही आकडेवारी 2012 ची आहे…

2013, 2014 या दोन वर्षात झपाट्याने वाढलेले दुप्पट तिप्पट twitter वापरकर्ते पाहता

वरील आकडेवारीत 70-80% tweets व वापरकर्ते वाढवावे लागतील…

(3)दुपारी 12:00pm-6:00pm = अंदाजे 4350 tweets व वेगवेगळे 2275 यूजर्स

(4)सायं 6:00pm-12:00am = अंदाजे 5050 tweets व वेगवेगळे 2375 यूजर्स

अर्थात हा सर्वे अमेरिकन (वेळ)घड्याळानुसार आहे! एकंदर एखादा ट्रेंड बनण्यासाठी 'ते' एकुण tweets ,सामिल झालेले एकूण यूज़र्स आणि वेळ या तिन्ही गोष्टी महत्वाच्या ठरतात…एक महत्वाची बाब म्हणजे ट्रेंड्स बनताना Retweet सुद्धा समाविष्ट/गृहीत धरले जातात.म्हणजेच जेवढ्या वेळा तो शब्द retweet केला गेला तेवढ्या वेळा तो गृहीत धरला जातो! उदा. #मराठी एखाद्या tweet मध्ये10वेळा आला असेल व दुस-याने तो tweet हा Retweet केला तर आणखी 10 काउंट होते…ट्रेंडसाठीची वरील आकडेवारी पाहता number of tweets चा criteria लगेच पूर्ण होतो पण अपेक्षित लोकांचा सहभाग जास्त असणे अत्यावश्यक आहे…एवढेच!

आणखी एक बाब खरंतर वरच नमूद करायला हवी होती ती म्हणजे किमान 1-2 verified account वरून trend चे tweets झाल्यास ट्रेंड twitter trend लवकर बनतो 

ट्रेंड्स ची मागील 7 दिवसांची history, जगातील कोणत्याही भागातील जुने किंवा ताजे लोकल ट्रेंड्स सखोल पाहण्यासाठी www.trendsmap.com या संकेत स्थळाला अवश्य भेट द्या…

     आज झालेला भारत-पाकिस्तान हा सामना सर्वांना खुप आनंद देऊन गेला…कारण हा रविवार वाया गेला असे कोणी बोलणार नाही…काय match झाली राव आज !! टीम इंडिया
2 महीने Australia त होती पण या कालावधीत विजयाने टीमला कधी स्पर्शच झाला नाही! दोन्ही मलिका आपण हारलो(one-day series व test series) कदाचित यानेच की काय भारतीय चाहत्यात यंदा
फारसा उत्साह कुठे दिसत नव्हता अगदी विश्वचषक स्पर्धा सुरु झाली तरी सर्वजण फक्त भारत-पाकिस्तान match चीच वाट पाहत
होते काल(matchच्या पूर्वसंध्येला)
 पाक मीडियावाले खुप तावातावाने जुना रिकॉर्ड काढून सांगत होते
की पाकिस्तानच जिंकणार…आम्ही(पाकने) भारताविरुद्ध 60-65% सामने जिंकलेत !हो हे खरं आहे…पण तो काळ 1970-1990 पर्यंतचा होता

What is 2G ?

Second Generation (2G) wireless cellular mobile services was a step ahead of First Generation( 1G) services by providing the facility of short message service(SMS) unlike 1G that had its prime focus on verbal communication. A typical 2G G.S.M network service ranges from 800/900MHz  The bandwidth of 2G is 30-200 KHz.

Let us examine what these 3G & 4G have rather than that of 1G and 2G.

Analysis of 1G and 2G services

In 1G, Narrow band analogue wireless network is used, with this we can have the voice calls and can send text messages. These services are provided with circuit switching. Today’s the usual call starts from the beginning pulse to rate to the final rate. Then in case of 2G Narrow Band Wireless Digital Network is used. It brings more clarity to the conversation and both these circuit-switching model.

Both the 1G and 2G deals with voice calls and has to utilize the maximum bandwidth as well as a limited till sending messages i.e. SMS. The latest technologies such as GPRS, is not available in these generations. " Increasing corruption & bribe issues… 'curse' for Indian Democracy…! "

               Now a day’s Corruption and bribe are complementary things of each other.As we are facing so many problems due to of bribe/corruption concepts! Because governments office work is equal to bribe or corruption is as regular equation! This is huge curse for our democracy!
    Recently Anti corruption Bureau caught Kolhapur’s lady Mayor by taking almost 16000 thousand Rs bribe! Due to that ignominiously she compelled to give resignation from her prestige mayorship !Basically is it first matter of bribe in municipality? No absolutely not !! Thousands of matters happened in India and increasing it day by day from bottom to top sectors. i.e. Gallli to Dilli (marathi pronunciation) In this category from from peon to ofiicers and Ministers comes!Their all agreement happens along with brokers some times on stranger location. So its not easy to catch them on that particular occation. because those officers do not demands money directly to we people .It happens according to situations and according to person whether that person is educated or not.If somebody is eneducated then imagine he waste his some money by giving bribe! Isn’t it unfortunate and disgraceful for our Indian Judiciary?
 
    Lets talk about Rural area .What do you think? Is everything is ok in rural offices? If somebody told ‘Yes’! People will laugh on him! Rural area is a such area which is safe to take bribe easily! Even we go in Grampanchayat office for non demur certificate they demands for bribe openly sometimes in the form of fees! Similarly if we go to take 7/12 and 8A certificates there is also such annoying loot opely .Sinior officer alias circle officer in farm section always demands bribe to take(legal modifications) farmers name on 7/12 certificate in range of 500 Rs 30000 Rs and might be more than this amount! This is really terrible reality! Isn’t loot? People Most of people are completely unaware exact where to complain ?In rural area go everywhere in any government office! You will realize that without bribe your work cant complete, unfortunately!

      Now about our ACB, anti corruption bureau is constituted under the government of Maharashtra (respective state government for all india for their area), and Home Department with a view to eradicating the evil of bribery and corruption.The Anti Corruption Bureau has jurisdiction over the state of Maharashtra.In Maharashtra there are section wise offices and head office Mumbai(worli).If you are living in western Maharashtra then “ PUNE RANGE ADRRESS is 1064 D.C.P. /S.P.CENTRAL BUILDING COMPOUND,’C’ BARRACK,PUNE-411 001.   One question in my(everyone’s) mind is once those officer caught by taking bribe then dismissed from his post after some monthts there is possibility to rejoin he/she(dismissed officer) again? Recently we have seen very reputable player and deputy tahsil officer Suhas Khamkar had arrested in bribre case by ACB after some month now he rejoined his previous post again!
Wasn’t it farce? Why not they strictly punished for lifetime for bribers to give strong messege about not to take bribe and about to avoid corruption? why after detail investigation/enquiry those officers/ministers been given clean chit? We seen many times?even committee suggests/declares his claim then too due to political godfather its happen like farcical(farce) issue! There is need to improve judicial amendment about punishment.dont you think so?
 
 Let it go, we should alert ,we should decide about not to give bribe and we should help to other illirerates/uneducated who are deceived by government brokers & officers! We should manipulate by stopping them who are giving bribe unawarenessly or intensively to exhumation their work!

   Remember, As to give bribe to officers/anybody is serious claim in equal proportional to allow(ready to give) bribe to them is also same claim! Hope something will happen good in future! In one line I would say everyone should start to avoid such things from self ,due to that we can capable to cure it(bribe & corruption) in at least small proportional.Thats all!

Let’s talk on ‘AADHAAR CARD’ because now a days this is more important for every Indian. You know, What is mean by AADHAAR? What is the actual use of that card? Two legal questions will come in everyone’s mind! As per my information AADHAAR CARD is a 12 digit individual identification number issued by the Such Authority of india on behalf of Government of India.Each AADHAAR number will be unique to an individual and will valid for life time .This number is used as proof of identity as well as address,anywhere in India. RBI notification on E-AADHAAR office Memorandum on E-AADHAAR validity Any individual,irrespective of age and gender who is of Indian resident.Each individual needs to enroll only once which ‘FREE OF COST ‘ Good thing is that AADHAAR LETTER/CARD received via India Post and E-AADHAAR downloaded from UIDAI website are equally valid.that means we can download AADHAAR card via www.uidai.gov.in website also for that purpose you should have acknowledgement copy/resident copy is more important.Because if we want to download AADHAAR Enrolment No. xxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx Date xx/xx/xxxx Time xx:xx:xx is more needful also for password purpose your mobile number is necessary. Remember that basically your pincode of area is the password of that downloaded aadhaar card in PDF format. We can download it almost 21 day after of submission application(according to rule!?)

       Basically ‘AADHAAR CARD’ is helpful to we all in banking ,mobile phone connections,to take new sim cards, to get subsidy in gas offices, scholarship applicant also must needs this card! and in some colleges there is AADHAAR CARD is compulsory if somebody don’t have AADHAAR then college organizations refusing their (applicants) admissions. similarly eldest persons also can use this card in S.T.Buses while travelling to get concession in ticket as a ID proof .In other word AADHAAR CARD is the most important unique identity for every people now a days.This is all about AADHAAR!

         Let’s see another side of coin! In Rural area if we consider the situation of AADHAAR CARD there is as a matter of course big confusion about AADHAAR is there in society! Because as far as I am concerned almost 50% rural people don’t have AADHAAR CARD yet!Which of them 20-25% people have acknowledgement letter before one year or more than year. then too their AADHAAR is not available on their website or Database!Let alone Indian Post!!! Isn’t serious matter? This is really shocking thing because, tell me if somebody illiterate person(male/female) is applying for AADHAAR CARD by wasting her/his time (mostly people in rural area are worker/farmer).They might feels that once we got aadhaar card then it will good to get all facilities easily.But really is it happens?

         One of the biggest serious issues is brokers yes aadhaar brokers…!!! Person who have gotten licence , have more laptops , biometric finger machines, printer illegally. Actually what that licensee(brokers/aadhaar operators) doing!? he choosing one villege making (secret?) agreement(!?) with promiment person in that villege and taking 50 Rs to 200 Rs from individually!this is terrible reality in each and every villege in our Western Maharashtra! Even government of India declared don’t take/give money from any person for AADHAAR ! its ‘FREE OF COST’…! How such broker or licensee have dare to this without internal support of some officers or Politicians! This is legal question…..! Why people don’t get justice ?Basically people are completely unaware at where to complain against those footpad? If he thinks about to complain then its time wastage,because it will take more time to get justice…there might have been chain of brokers upto head. So most of people try to prefer give money instead complain even he doesn’t want to pay.


      One more serious question , Are applications reaching(sending process or submitting applications) there at head office neatly? If yes then why 50% + people in many villeges didn’t get AADHAAR yet even one or more than one year passed by applying? If there is India Office (post) problem we can consider…but maximum applicants are of before one year ! At least AADHAAR a should available on internet www.uidai.gov.in webside! My big and annoying question is that what is this non sense? Why government authority not taking action against such fake person? Ask many people they will say you I have already applied before 6 months,7 months,10 months etc. like this but I didn’t get aadhaar yet!
             
          One more unfortunate & funny thing is that whatever acknowledement letter getting to applicants. For those letter many uneducated/illiterate rural people calling as ‘AADHAAR CARD”! Because they are completely unaware exactly what is aadhaar and how it looks? On acknowledgement letter there is full address with photo and fingerprint looking so most of people thinks that this is my aadhaar card..if somebody officer demands for aadhaar they(uneducated peoples) showing that acknowledgement letter unawarenessly! Because at the time of issued of those operater is not telling to that person about when will get it(aadhaar) instead he talking ‘take this(acknowledgement letter) your work is over now give 100/200 Rs fees!’ that particular time person/women get happiness because of getting aadhaar card! Is it aadhaar card? No its acknowledgement letter!
   Rural society is facing much more problem in each every sector! There is less possibility to complete their work Without broker unfortunately.
    Some months ago, On one petition Supreme Court has declared that there should not compulsion for AADHAAR CARD . If he/she has other legal authority’s identity proof like Voter Id, Passport etc. we didn’t get that thing even supreme court has given decision about not to compulsion! My some questions.. Why AADHAAR CARD is compulsory to open “PRADHANMANTRI JAN DHAN YOJANA” bank account? Why AADHAAR card is compulsory in Gas Offices? Why AADHAAR CARD is compulsory in some colleges/Schools to take admission? I am not opposing to AADHAAR but if somebody dont have Aadhaar card but have another legal proof, then why this not valid to get benefit of government facilities? Is government of india and state government will think about this ? Will government pay attention at such brokers who taking money from people individually even they(licensee) get money from government?Will government improve their workup/proceeding in AADHAAR CARD department by giving command/order to AADHAAR Authority?

    Most important question how you can judge that one person has only one AADHAAR!? How You can recognize that Unique identity will get separately for individual person. many Persons have 1 , 2, 3 Aadhaar cards illegaly! So how you can avoid duplication? Or recognize uniqueness?

What is the difference between Bogus Voter ID’s and Bogus AADHAAR”s ? I think no more difference!is almost same! Because recently and earlier we had listen/watch/read some news about Lord Ganesha’s Aadhaar card , Lord Hanuman’s Aadhaar card , Lord shri. Sai Baba’s Aadhaar card, Lord Krishna’s Aadhaar card with their photos etc , Similarly, Mahatma Gandhi’s Aadhaar card , Subhashchandra Bosh’s Aadhaar card ,Swami Vivekanand ‘s Aadhaar card with their photos ! isn’t serious matter? Person who did this mistake get punished? Answer obiviously not! How such annoying things happening in India then too is it Unique identity number? My answer = No! Software and Database is completely fail to recognize such sensitive issuses! Equally that Authority is also responsible for that!

I am not opposing to Aadhaar card system…..But as a Indian personally I think there should be improvement in this section which will helpful for each and every citizen of india. Specially needs to remove confusion of forlorn Illiterate Rural Society!

          Delhi’s elections are on last mood. Someone will win and someone will loss. People don’t have to do anything with them (politicians), they want only compressive development. Now a day’s voters especially youngsters are fully aware about whom to vote and why he /she to vote, which party is giving appropriate assurances, whose manifesto is good and trustworthy! Why such awareness spread? I think due to revolution in 21th century specially education as well as social media awareness. Due to that world is coming closer and closer day by day! OK let’s talk about Delhi... I

        really appreciate people of Delhi because once they get realize that injustice happened with them, or if something going wrong about governance any injustice reason then they suddenly come out on road and do agitations/demonstrations either ferociously or non violently according to situations of government reply/responce.While in other state/areas youth don’t have such unity to do such agitations against government of miss-governence or distortion/deformities in society. I am not saying other state/areas youth do not have dare or unity, but as compare to delhi its less! as per my view! Delhi is Capital of nation , both Loksabha & Rajyasabha and all crucial offices are in delhi, so all decision has been taken from capital city Delhi. There fore all print media and electronic media houses are also there in capital of nation i.e.delhi , so easily get publicity and pay attention of government towards their march! This is also biggest reason why youth prefer to choose agitations/demonstrations in dehli!


   Let it go , now about past information or situations of Indian politics! We all know about position almost one decade ago and earlier years there was not more news cannels.There was only one trustworthy channel that was Doordarshan alias DD news! Peoples were waiting that time to listen news whenever news time was there! Because that time there were only two to three times in a day news were transmitting/broadcasting. Also almost more than half of people were preferring Radio because it was more affordable and easily portable. Election Campaign via radio or television was not there because peoples and politicians were completely unaware about that funda of campaign. There was not even any parties Advertisement on Radio , TV and also not more advt. in print media i.e. news papers too. Politicians were believing door to door campaign and Open Rallies. Mostly hard copies i.e. advertisement papesr/chits were there. It was enough for peoples/voters that whom to vote. There was also dynastic polistics like today.Dynastic politics still here in India everywhere from Galli to Delhi. We cannot refuse that utterance fact about dynastic politics. But we saw little bit change in last some elections including Maharashtra,Haryana,Jharkhand etc. leave it.. lets come on our topic!

     Recently  PM narendra modi won the loksabha election due to strong campaigning on social media. Lakhs of Youth were campaigning for bjp through Whatsaap , Twitter , Facebook specially. That campaign of BJP was copy of America. Same kind of elections campaigns always happens in western countries like America, England, Australia, Spain etc. Specially I But America is some steps ahead than other countries about social media campaigning. By holding one tag line of election as American President Barack did by “YES WE CAN’ . Same funda PM Modi had taken that time by using “Ab Ki Baar Modi Saarkar” tag line for loksabha election campaign. This was first time election campaign through Social Media which resulted in unprecedented huge success!
 
   Ohhhh! one more thing I forgot, let me clear that thing, Whenever 2011 Anna Hajare’s big JANLOKPAL agitation was on RamLeela Ground in Delhi along with Kiran Bedi , Arvind Kejriwal and lacs of youths that time, firstly Kejriwal and his some confederates in IT sector did awareness through Social Media prominently Facebook,Twitter ,Text Messeging, auto miscall for support Aanna Hajare and Janlokpal.It was first huge success  of socil media awareness. Also I will give equal credit to print media and electronic media too.

   Mostly influenced fact was miracle happened in delhi when Aam Aadmi Party got huge success by destroying politically to prompt CM Sheila Dixit ! Voters in Delhi compelled her to take forced retirement in politics! This was historical/game changing moment because let alone others, self CM shiela Dixit had entailed ignoble defeat! it had better not to talk on it we are witness about all matter.Anti incumbency about promt delhi CM’s offend governance style and No full right to take any decisions without Sonia Gandhi’s permission were crucial factor there…and so many reasons were there! due to that people were tired about such governece.Same time People got another choice in the form of Aam Aadmy Party which was part of ‘Team Aanna ‘ initially . who had some experience about how to campaign via social media how to attract youth and womens. It happened he bebome successful to inculcated how AAP good option for delhi due to thatn anti congrees and anti modi votes gotten to AAP! and Then Arvind Kejriwal become delhi CM after Shiela Dixit! Historical moment was that first time any ordinary person reached at CM post easily within some days/months of campaign! How it evolutionary change happened? Wasn’t it miracle? Answer= yes? Or No? answer is No ! that happened due to internet addicted (sorry user) younger’s crucial role! i.e. Of course social media!
   
      So,finally we would say because of social media this Delhi election is very easier for every political party for easy campaigning. This happens only due to Social Media’s Evolution. Now a days Whatsapp , Facebook , Twitter ,Text Messeging , voice calling , record calling etc. are new techniques of campaigning which is nice funda to reach towards voters easily. also hike, instagram and telegram are rising rapidly in india. Every political party knows importance of social media campaign.
   
    From now Same thing will going to happen…..for every election in future……of course  this time too! Because elections are going on in delhi and battle/cold war is going on social media between all parties.Lets see what happens! One thing is clear that Social Media will play important role in this election. All survey orgnisations and Channels are also confused about mandate! Because every channels survey are showing different-different figures.
   Someone will win and someone loss but this election will be historical because first time voters in Delhi have two good choices in the form of AAP and BJP. As my perception and according to all survey Congress is not in race! so real battle between two parties BJP and APP etc. (both BJP and AAP have lacs of young supporters! That’s the curiosity!)

          We just celebrated our national festival, of course 66th Republic Day. This republic day was absolutely unprecedented and historical ! because all world's attention was on Indiathis time , only because of king of world! American President Mr. Barack Obama was chief guest of this ceremony, main thing was that it happens first time in Indian History that any US president was as a chief guest for national festival like republic day ! Most important thing was that US presidents hospitality made by Indian government was too-too VVIP! 15000+ CCTV cameras were fitted in every section of Delhi , Full security force, strongly engineered secret designed bulletproof car having strong base facilities, and praiseworthy thing was that there wasn't violation of law and order from any section of forces including Indian society during his tour. Basically it was much needful such kind of security , reason behind that was to convey strong message to other countries in the world and to show how India is secured for everybody, specially to terrorist ruling insecure countries like Pakistan, Iraq etc. Finally India and Indian government showed confidently we are Indians and How to respect any Guest with hospitality in our culture! Whatever happened, almost all credit goes to our popular Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. Because of his stylish personality president obama's wife mrs. obama also get impressed ,she also confessed that modi is stylish icon! It is showing that increasing popularity of modi in western countries too. Also We have already seen that wherever PM Modi was on foreign tour, Specially strong countries like America, Japan, Australia etc !! ohhk let it go.. Most important question is that what we achieved from this US presidents India tour ? Is there really new chater has began between India & America? Personally I think YES! no one can say No!? because self president declared that India-America new chapter will began from today in case of investment in specially defence sector and in business strategies initially import rate was just 2% and export rate was just 1%. If both import-export section going to increase from both side it would be like friendly relation between india-america which is good to show to all world that we are strong union! Specially to frighten terrorist country like Pakistan! Now its ok. :-) Really praiseworthy thing was that our pm modi did "Maan ki Baat" show on all India radio channels with king of world Mr. Barack Obama! What a impressive interaction and program it was! It feels good when , Way modi was calling to US president as 'barack-barack' every time it spreads strong message everywhere! We got idea about their strong friendship is moving ahead! It would really bellyache or horrify to personal opponent of both! Recently I read one funny comment on twitter i.e -> " Modi is one of the such brave person(or PM) have dare to say or call to president Obama as ' hey,barack'(by his name) face-face! !!. also he(that twitter person) added in his tweet that one day our pm definitely will call him with obama's father name too instead his name!!. ha ha ha ?:P Let it go funny thing :P. ? I am not any kind of expert to conclude what is wrong n right and what is needful! But whatever happened is very good n much needed and I hope both countries likely to move forward with honest efforts from both side in each and every sector for comphressive prosperity!                    As far as We are all concerned about all media(including print media ,electronic media & social media) is strongest tool for every person in the society. As we are looking news most of them are either paid or managed!(fake!?),it might affect on someones life. almost some decades ago i mean before india got freedom and after some years of freedom media was such trustworthy thing for all Indian folks specially print media. if someone belongs to rural area and fortunately(luckly)  their name come(news with his/her name (news) it was such proud moment for them..But look at now it is very easy to get publicity by paying (bribe!), means it is  easier to manage  that editor/journalists or anybody who are belonging to relevant organizations.
                    What I want to say to u all? , some past  years ago  less educated people  were very curious for reading
newspapers or listening or watching news .but now a days due to development of social media specially facebook ,twitter, whatsaap, youtube, email etc. are really easy to convey/share  such things, news, videos, photos, etc..But unfortunately  some strangers are spreading rumours intensively,about some
sensitive things on social media !! its results in wrong things like riots...as we saw Miraj, Satara, Pune matters...!! it is our responsibility to avoid & refuse such things...if did this will get more relief fr all in social life....!! ohhhh... let it go (it is one side of coin)
             Look at another side of same coin, We r getting realised that media news channels also doing most of publicity to increase their TRP...their members(media houses/journalist) are always in hurry to make breaking news...sometimes they breaks all their limits for their popularity ...i m not opposing you what kind of news you are going to show...i m opposing dt way u choose to show some news.... i will give one example ..recently happend matter... it was multiRape case in Chandrapur district.. On camera reporter had asked one question " tell step by step what happen? how u get realised u have been raped?
after coming consciousness!!!!! " was it question !? basically that girl was less educated and belongs to poor family...if she would have good educated then she could have slapped him(reporter) on same place same time..! this is just 1 example but so many events r happing with uneducated people..it shoud be stop or they(some reporters) shuld treat them wisely.thats it !!! i
know journalism is fourth pillar of democracy...but every journalist should take precausions while reporting...we peoples r believing in news.please stay trustworthy,Finally people dont have do either you are no.1 channel or newspaper...they (we all)expecting only trustworty news...
 question is that is it possible to implement it(wrong things for TRP)  in realistic manner for media houses ?? If yes then how  they are till unable to recognize their responsibility about society?  if not then when they(some media houses) will stop their discredible behavior for Money and TRP?I m still thinking & you!?

२६ जानेवारी आणि ग्रामीण समाज !

२६ जानेवारी अर्थात गणतंत्र दिवस…

२६ जानेवारी पासून भारतात संविधान लागू करण्यात आले. भारतात डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी २ वर्षे ११ महिने १७ दिवस सतत सखोल अभ्यास करून भारतीय संविधानाची लिहले.

संविधान लिहितांना डॉ . बाबासाहेबांनी आपल्या स्वतःच्या तब्येतीची सुद्धा काळजी केली नाही .डॉ.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर यांनी दादासाहेब गायकवाड यांना पत्र लिहिले आणि स्वतःच्या तब्बेतीबद्दल ते ह्या पत्रात म्हणतात कि ," माझी प्रकृती कोसळणार नाही अशा तऱ्हेने मी तग धरत आहे ." बाबासाहेब आंबेडकरांचे आयुष्य समाजसेवेशी कसे निगडीत आहे हे अत्यंत कळकळीने व्यक्त करतांना ते पुढे लिहितात :-

" माझी खात्री आहे कि , आपल्या लोकांचे कार्य पार पाडण्यासाठी जेवढा काळ लागेल तेवढ्या काळ पर्यंत मला आयुष्य लाभेल. माझ्या खालावलेल्या प्रकृती बद्दलची निराशा दूर करून हा निश्चय मला जीवनदान देत आहे . "

डॉ.बाबासाहेबांनी जगातील सर्व प्रगत राष्ट्रांच्या घटनांचा अभ्यास करून भारताची राज्यघटना बनविली . त्या घटनेप्रमाणे २६ जानेवारी १९५० ला भारत प्रजासत्ताक राष्ट्र बनले. स्वातंत्र्य ,समता व बंधुता या त्रयींवर आधारलेले लोकशाही राज्य म्हणून भारत हे राष्ट्र जगाच्या पाठीवर उभे राहिले .

ही झाली एक बाजु पण आपला समाज विशेषतः ग्रामीण भाग इतका मागासलेला आहे की त्यांना
प्रजासत्ताक दिन किंवा स्वातंत्र्य दिन म्हणजे काय हे सुद्धा माहित नाही…
याला गरीबी निरक्षरता अशा अनेक बाबी जबाबदार आहेत।
मी राहत असलेल्या सोलापुर जिल्ह्यात be frankly सांगायचे झाल्यास 50%+ लोकांना 26jan/15 aug म्हणजे फक्त jhendavandan असते एवढेच माहित आहे…कारण 67 वर्षात त्यांच्या जीवनात फारसा फरक पडलेला नाही………ही भयानक बाब आहे…असो।

काय आहे 7/12 ची कथा!

मी इयत्ता 10 वीत असताना सरांनी मला हा प्रश्न विचारला होता, काय रे ! सात-बारा आणला म्हणतोस
सांग…7/12 नक्की काय भानगड आहे…मी 3-4 दिवस मागितले देशपांडे सरांना…पण नाही सांगू शकलो!
पुढे sir ची बदली झाली… आणि मी नविन ठिकाणी 11 ववी साठी admission घेतले अन हा प्रश्न अनुत्तरित राहिला तब्बल 10 वर्षे…
त्यावेळी google ची (नेट ची बरका!) सोय असती तर किती बरे झाले असते राव…असो…
माझा एक एमएससी एग्री आहे…त्याला नुकतेच विचारले
हा7/12 matter…अन त्यांनी लगेच सांगितले त्याचे description असे…
" साधारणपणे भारतामध्ये घराचा (Real Estate) व्यवहार करताना 'सात बाराचा उतारा' आणावा लागतो हे बहुश्रुत आहे. 'सात बारा' हे कुठल्याही कायद्याचे क़लम नव्हे. हे अहिल्याबाई होळकरांनी दिलेले योगदान आहे. त्यांनी सरकारी ख़र्चाने ग़रीब माणसाच्या शेतात १२ फ़ळझाड़े लावली. त्यातील सात झाड़े त्या गरीबाची आणि पाच झाड़े सरकारची! बारा झाडांची निगा राखून, सात झाडांची म्हणजे 7/12! फळे स्वतः खावयाची आणि राहिलेली पाच झाडांची फळे, म्हणजे 5/12 सरकारकडे जमा करावयाची, ती इतर गरीबांना वाटण्यासाठी. त्यासाठी एक सरकारी दफ़्तर निर्माण करुन ह्या झाडांची नोदं करण्यात आली. ह्या नोदींच्या उताऱ्याला 'सात-बाराचा उतारा' म्हणण्याचा प्रघात पडला, तो आज गायत चालू आहे."
अशी ही गाथा…;-)
कोणी विचारले तर कधी विसरणार नाही मी……काय म्हणजे……:) अहो सात-बारा !!

शाळा !!

शाळा....

शाळा सोडताना....
खरं म्हणजे आम्हाला
महितच नव्हतं,
शाळा सोडण्यात एवढ़ं
काय विशेष होतं;

मुली मात्र शेवटच्या दिवशी
सारख्या रडत होत्या,
सरांपासून शिपयांपर्यंत
सर्वांच्या पाया पडत होत्या;

मला आठवतंय आम्ही
रडणाऱ्या मुलींची
जाम खेचली होती,
खरं तर डोळ्यातलं पाणी लपवताना
आमचीच गोची झाली होती;

एकमेकांकडे पाहुन लगेच
सावरलं आम्ही स्वत:ला,
मनाशीच म्हटलं आता
उगीच रडायाचं कशाला?

भले शाळेतली काही
जुनी 'नाती' तुटतील,
त्यात काय एवढं
कॉलेज मध्ये 'नवीन' भेटतील...

दिवस,वर्षं कशी जातील
कळणार नाहीत,
पुन्हा कधी पावलं इथे
वळणार नाहीत...

रडावसं वाटत होतं पण
कुणीच रडलं नाही,
शाळेतुन बाहेर पडताना
वळुनही पाहिलं नाहीं....

पण आता मात्र
शाळेत जावसं वाटतंय,
शेवटच्या बाकावर
बसावसं वाटतंय...

शाळेतल्या तासांपेक्षा
मधल्या सुट्टीचीच
सर्वाना ओढ़ असायची,
कारण तेव्हाच सर्वाना
'आपली माणसं' भेटायची....

आज मात्र बरोबर कुणीच नसतं,
शाळेच्या आठवणिने रडताना;
असं वाटतं तेव्हाच
रडायला हवं होतं, शाळा सोडताना........


(हा माझा पहिला ब्लॉग आहे……अर्थात कविता) इथून पुढे मी वेळ मिळेल त्याप्रमाणे ब्लॉग लिहीन !!
