"Aadhar Card compulsion…!? and confused forlorn illiterate Rural Society"

Let’s talk on ‘AADHAAR CARD’ because now a days this is more important for every Indian. You know, What is mean by AADHAAR? What is the actual use of that card? Two legal questions will come in everyone’s mind! As per my information AADHAAR CARD is a 12 digit individual identification number issued by the Such Authority of india on behalf of Government of India.Each AADHAAR number will be unique to an individual and will valid for life time .This number is used as proof of identity as well as address,anywhere in India. RBI notification on E-AADHAAR office Memorandum on E-AADHAAR validity Any individual,irrespective of age and gender who is of Indian resident.Each individual needs to enroll only once which ‘FREE OF COST ‘ Good thing is that AADHAAR LETTER/CARD received via India Post and E-AADHAAR downloaded from UIDAI website are equally valid.that means we can download AADHAAR card via www.uidai.gov.in website also for that purpose you should have acknowledgement copy/resident copy is more important.Because if we want to download AADHAAR Enrolment No. xxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx Date xx/xx/xxxx Time xx:xx:xx is more needful also for password purpose your mobile number is necessary. Remember that basically your pincode of area is the password of that downloaded aadhaar card in PDF format. We can download it almost 21 day after of submission application(according to rule!?)

       Basically ‘AADHAAR CARD’ is helpful to we all in banking ,mobile phone connections,to take new sim cards, to get subsidy in gas offices, scholarship applicant also must needs this card! and in some colleges there is AADHAAR CARD is compulsory if somebody don’t have AADHAAR then college organizations refusing their (applicants) admissions. similarly eldest persons also can use this card in S.T.Buses while travelling to get concession in ticket as a ID proof .In other word AADHAAR CARD is the most important unique identity for every people now a days.This is all about AADHAAR!

         Let’s see another side of coin! In Rural area if we consider the situation of AADHAAR CARD there is as a matter of course big confusion about AADHAAR is there in society! Because as far as I am concerned almost 50% rural people don’t have AADHAAR CARD yet!Which of them 20-25% people have acknowledgement letter before one year or more than year. then too their AADHAAR is not available on their website or Database!Let alone Indian Post!!! Isn’t serious matter? This is really shocking thing because, tell me if somebody illiterate person(male/female) is applying for AADHAAR CARD by wasting her/his time (mostly people in rural area are worker/farmer).They might feels that once we got aadhaar card then it will good to get all facilities easily.But really is it happens?

         One of the biggest serious issues is brokers yes aadhaar brokers…!!! Person who have gotten licence , have more laptops , biometric finger machines, printer illegally. Actually what that licensee(brokers/aadhaar operators) doing!? he choosing one villege making (secret?) agreement(!?) with promiment person in that villege and taking 50 Rs to 200 Rs from individually!this is terrible reality in each and every villege in our Western Maharashtra! Even government of India declared don’t take/give money from any person for AADHAAR ! its ‘FREE OF COST’…! How such broker or licensee have dare to this without internal support of some officers or Politicians! This is legal question…..! Why people don’t get justice ?Basically people are completely unaware at where to complain against those footpad? If he thinks about to complain then its time wastage,because it will take more time to get justice…there might have been chain of brokers upto head. So most of people try to prefer give money instead complain even he doesn’t want to pay.


      One more serious question , Are applications reaching(sending process or submitting applications) there at head office neatly? If yes then why 50% + people in many villeges didn’t get AADHAAR yet even one or more than one year passed by applying? If there is India Office (post) problem we can consider…but maximum applicants are of before one year ! At least AADHAAR a should available on internet www.uidai.gov.in webside! My big and annoying question is that what is this non sense? Why government authority not taking action against such fake person? Ask many people they will say you I have already applied before 6 months,7 months,10 months etc. like this but I didn’t get aadhaar yet!
             
          One more unfortunate & funny thing is that whatever acknowledement letter getting to applicants. For those letter many uneducated/illiterate rural people calling as ‘AADHAAR CARD”! Because they are completely unaware exactly what is aadhaar and how it looks? On acknowledgement letter there is full address with photo and fingerprint looking so most of people thinks that this is my aadhaar card..if somebody officer demands for aadhaar they(uneducated peoples) showing that acknowledgement letter unawarenessly! Because at the time of issued of those operater is not telling to that person about when will get it(aadhaar) instead he talking ‘take this(acknowledgement letter) your work is over now give 100/200 Rs fees!’ that particular time person/women get happiness because of getting aadhaar card! Is it aadhaar card? No its acknowledgement letter!
   Rural society is facing much more problem in each every sector! There is less possibility to complete their work Without broker unfortunately.
    Some months ago, On one petition Supreme Court has declared that there should not compulsion for AADHAAR CARD . If he/she has other legal authority’s identity proof like Voter Id, Passport etc. we didn’t get that thing even supreme court has given decision about not to compulsion! My some questions.. Why AADHAAR CARD is compulsory to open “PRADHANMANTRI JAN DHAN YOJANA” bank account? Why AADHAAR card is compulsory in Gas Offices? Why AADHAAR CARD is compulsory in some colleges/Schools to take admission? I am not opposing to AADHAAR but if somebody dont have Aadhaar card but have another legal proof, then why this not valid to get benefit of government facilities? Is government of india and state government will think about this ? Will government pay attention at such brokers who taking money from people individually even they(licensee) get money from government?Will government improve their workup/proceeding in AADHAAR CARD department by giving command/order to AADHAAR Authority?

    Most important question how you can judge that one person has only one AADHAAR!? How You can recognize that Unique identity will get separately for individual person. many Persons have 1 , 2, 3 Aadhaar cards illegaly! So how you can avoid duplication? Or recognize uniqueness?

What is the difference between Bogus Voter ID’s and Bogus AADHAAR”s ? I think no more difference!is almost same! Because recently and earlier we had listen/watch/read some news about Lord Ganesha’s Aadhaar card , Lord Hanuman’s Aadhaar card , Lord shri. Sai Baba’s Aadhaar card, Lord Krishna’s Aadhaar card with their photos etc , Similarly, Mahatma Gandhi’s Aadhaar card , Subhashchandra Bosh’s Aadhaar card ,Swami Vivekanand ‘s Aadhaar card with their photos ! isn’t serious matter? Person who did this mistake get punished? Answer obiviously not! How such annoying things happening in India then too is it Unique identity number? My answer = No! Software and Database is completely fail to recognize such sensitive issuses! Equally that Authority is also responsible for that!

I am not opposing to Aadhaar card system…..But as a Indian personally I think there should be improvement in this section which will helpful for each and every citizen of india. Specially needs to remove confusion of forlorn Illiterate Rural Society!
